As part of the Emerging Talent Programme each league must have an Emerging Talent Coordinator. We are just looking for someone to fill this position. The roll basically entails;
Assisting each of the squads (u11, u12, u13) with any admin / paper work (letters to parents, sorting out training kits etc),
Making sure facilities are secured for the squads to train or play matches,
Collect session planners from coaches,
Ensuring sessions are carried out to high quality (liaise with me on this)
Liaise with the FAI Emerging Talent coordinator in terms of their requirements.
This is not a coaching role, more of an admin role but it is important that we ensure that all three squads are following the programme and that the coaching is of a high standard. Attendance at training sessions is not necessary every week except the first few weeks so there is not a whole lot too it.
