Memo to South East Leagues re National Cups
1. All games finish on the day
2. Games to be played as fixed…no postponements
3. Home team pays the referee in full.
4. Home League decides fixture…no appeal
5. Home team changes in event of clash of colours
6. Disciplinary subcommittee to be called if necessary
7. Early notice of times of fixtures is essential
8. Team managers must contact local League Secretary who, in turn, can contact me…I will not deal with team managers
9. In event of bad weather etc only one chance to play fixture..otherwise goes to opposition
In relation to fixtures in Waterford times are based on availability of referees.
Some consideration is also given to teams with long journeys but local teams often travel 50 miles to games and can always be in time.
